Chromic Decor develops electrochromic (EC) technology for use in window coverings. EC materials switch between dark and transparent states through the application of a small electric current and our initial focus is integrating this technology into window shades and blinds. Chromic Decor intends to address the need for improved energy efficiency in buildings by controlling solar heat gain in the summer and acting as an insulator in the winter, thereby reducing energy consumption through HVAC systems. Our products also improve ambient lighting and reduce glare, which promotes a more productive work environment by connecting interior spaces to the outdoors and natural light.

OASYS is a water purification business with the mission of becoming the global leader in seawater, wastewater and industrial waste stream desalination and purification. OASYS aims to achieve its mission through development and commercialization of its novel, low cost, environmentally friendly water desalination/purification technology that dramatically decreases the cost of producing fresh, potable water from a variety of sources.

PaperG is an online advertising network that connects local advertisers with local websites. PaperG's approach advances local advertising through intelligent geotargeting, aggregated local ad inventory, and simple ad creation. The underlying platform leads to higher value ad inventory and better performing ad campaigns.

UpGuppy's vision is to become the world's hub for user-generated rankings. UpGuppy has three end user-centered products: 1) UpGuppy.com, our flagship website; 2) UpGuppy Facebook and other social media applications; and 3) UpGuppy widget. UpGuppy also develops and leases ranking technology to companies looking for more efficient ways to make decisions or interact with and collect information about their users.
